What is the TJB return policy?

Here at TJB, we stand by all of our products. If you purchased a product directly from our online store and you aren't satisfied, simply return it to us unused within 30 days through our returns center on our website. We will issue you a refund once the item has been received and inspected by our returns team.

TJB's Limited Lifetime Warranty

TJB guarantees that all of our products are free from manufacturers' defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damages caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, neglect, improper sharpening and normal wear and tear. The use of our products outside their intended purpose is considered abuse and will not be covered by warranty. - If you have any TJB product that has stopped performing before its reasonable lifetime (not due to misuse or neglect), please give us a call and we promise to make it right - Like all tools, our knives require proper maintenance to function properly and are subject to normal wear and tear Knives and other products put to hard use for extended periods of time may eventually reach the end of their service life and should be retired from use and replaced.

Where can I file a warranty claim?

What items are returnable?

Items that are unused, in their original packaging, purchased the last 35 days.

What items are non-refundable?

- Items showing signs of use.

- Items purchased from the TJB special unit program or Sunset Sale.

- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

- Shipping and handling costs

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are received & inspected by our returns team (which can take up to 10 days), you'll be notified about your refund typically within 48 hours.
