We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $99 USD for United States Customers, and +$149 CAD for Canadian Customers.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 10am will ship that day, Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped the following business day.

Standard Ground: 5-10 business days

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 10 a.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

Can I change my address?
If you need to change your shipping address after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thejamesbrand.com and note CHANGE OF ADDRESS in the subject line along with your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, however many orders ship the same day so if you do not contact us quickly your order may have already been shipped.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email.
Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders, and double-check that your email address wasn't misspelled during checkout - we see this more often than you might think. If the email is nowhere to be found, customerservice@thejamesbrand.com and our Customer Experience team can resend it.

Where is my tracking information?
Our tracking system is automated via our warehouse fulfillment locations, tracking will automatically update once the carrier has picked up your package. Please allow 24-48 hours business days for tracking numbers to populate, you will receive an email once your package is on the way.

How to cancel my order?

  • Please note, we cannot edit orders once they are placed and registered in our system. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
  • If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything yet, please allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time to contact us. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If your package has not been located after the above time period, please reach out to us for assistance at customerservice@thejamesbrand.com

Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation of your order due to the highly automated nature of our system. If your order ships, we will provide you with directions to return your order for a refund or exchange once it's delivered.
