Excellent and I know I’ll never run out of ink

When I purchased pens from the James brand, I always make sure to purchase the refills. This makes it easy for my friends and family to enjoy the gift of a pen and not run out of ink. It’s practical. And as a diehard utilitarian having refills on hand and ready to go, works great product easy to use.

Best Customer Service!

My pen came dry. I called TJB and they immediately sent out a replacement cartridge. Super friendly, very helpful. I wish more companies were this good!
