Amazing service

I bought my original Mehlville carabiner I think at least 6 years ago, and use it literally every day. the spring in the latch finally broke a couple of weeks ago, and I almost ordered another one, but reached out in case there was some way to repair it. James replaced it, no charge. Incredible quality, incredible company.

3rd Mehlville

Love the design and quality of the product, so much so this is my third!

Only issue is the paint scratches away from the soft stainless steel being worn away by key rings super easy.
