I like this thing

I loop my car key off this thing when I go shred powpow. That's sick. If I ever valeted my car i would also do it then. This is a very well designed product. Plus I like the look of disgust on peoples' faces when I tell them my keychain is $100. Worth every penny nonetheless.

I used my first one of these for about 4 years and the hinge got messed up. Wouldn't snap closed all the way. It still worked, just sorta bothered me. I sent James customer service an e mail about this and they replaced the thing quickly and easily. Really appreciate a brand that stands by their stuff.

Amazing customer service!

I’ve been carrying the mehlville for close to 5 years now, in and out of salt water constantly and only recently did it give me any trouble. The sales team sent a replacement immediately upon seeing the issue. Super quick shipping for Hawaii too! Overall happy with the carabiner, and even happier with the customer service.
