Replacement

I have been wearing the Mehlville for a few years beating the crap out of it while working at a winery. Thing is a tough unit and holds all the important keys and fobs I need for the day. Recently the arm stopped working and I reached out. Jes

Brand had a new one to me in less than a week. That’s why I keep coming back. Long time supporter with about 30 pieces in my collection.

Best EDC Carabiner - Best customer service!

I bought my first Mehlville a long time ago, and it’s been my everyday companion ever since. So, I was devastated when the spring broke a few days ago. However, the awesome James Brand customer service sent me a replacement within days.

Best experience ever, both the joy I get from using my Mehlville every day and the amazing customer service!
